Who We Are

Our story began in the early spring of 2016. Both of us were in the first year of university, having the same dream of establishing a career together.

Before we knew it, we started to record each other’s moments through the lens. It’s one of the ways we show affection for each other. It’s the beginning of our passion for photography.

Without knowing when, we started to include other people in our lenses as well – our families and friends, and strangers who kindly let us become part of their memories.

We took this enthusiasm with us to Christchurch, New Zealand. The 19-year-old Mengci and 18-year-old Zixi wouldn’t know that ten years later, their shared dream would come true on the other side of the planet.

As the other half of each other, we’re strongly bonded. We can’t know better how it feels to love and be loved, and this is wholly integrated with our time spent with you.

We value the emotions photography brings us, as much as we do to your feelings when you’re with us. Every photo we take tells how you feel about the moment and how we feel about you. Every word we write is produced with our heart, brain, eyes, and ears.

We’re obsessed with candid shooting. Making you almost unaware of the existence of the camera is our magic. At the end of the day, what we leave you is one-and-only images, beyond which are unique and memorable experiences. We're not only photographers, but two human beings who can relate to the truest, deepest part of you.
